Changes
Added an associated label to the album search input.
Added labels to the genre and decade filter controls.
Added alternative text to album cover images.
Improved visible keyboard focus indicators for interactive elements.
Removed duplicate CSS rules for album card hover and focus states.
Removed the decades 1920s and 1930s because of lack of albums.
Testing
Verify that search and filter controls have accessible labels.
Navigate through the catalogue using the keyboard.
Check that focus indicators are visible.
Verify that album cards display correctly with and without cover images.
Confirm that existing search and filter functionality still works.
